At Brighter Futures we want you to be part of our family that makes a difference to children and young people
About Brighter Futures Foster Care
Brighter Futures Foster Care is an Ofsted rated 'Good' Independent Fostering Agency. We recruit, trains and support our own Foster Carers so they can have children live them who are unable to live with their own birth families.
Brighter Futures is a small agency which has a positive family feel where the young people we care for always remain at the centre of our services. In meeting the needs of our young people we recruit foster carers who can provide warm, loving and safe homes from a diversity of back grounds.
Fostering can be challenging so, as well as an excellent financial support package, we ensure we provide excellent support and training to all our Foster Carers.
Brighter Futures has teams of social workers spread out across the Midlands, London, the South East and South Coast who provide local support to our carers 24 hours’ day, 365 days a year. We also have a system of peer mentor support for both new and experienced carers and excellent support services from the centre.
Brighter Futures receives a great many requests from Local Authorities to place young people in families across the whole of the Midlands, London, South East and South Coast. We experience a high number of referrals for sibling groups and families who can support young parents. We are currently urgently recruiting families to meet this need.
Whatever, your background or life experiences we would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about becoming a Foster Carer with Brighter Futures. Feel free to call us for an informal chat on 0800 882 4402 or complete and on line enquiry form and we will get back in touch with you.
You are the foster parent, but together we are the professional team around the child you are looking after.
We don’t want to see siblings separated who need to stay together. A lot of our children are siblings and some of our carers have sibling groups of four children. They say they are never bored.Read more
